KVKK Disclosure Notice

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('KVKK'), olgu.ai, as the data controller, wishes to inform you of the following regarding the processing of your personal data.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by olgu.ai as the data controller, within the scope described in this disclosure notice.
2. Personal data processed
Identity information (name), contact information (email address), transaction security information (encrypted password, session records), and usage data (chat content, device and browser information, IP address) may be processed.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed to provide the Service and manage your account, store your chat history, improve service quality and security, fulfill legal obligations, and respond to requests and complaints.
4. Transfer of personal data
Your data may be transferred to the hosting/infrastructure providers we work with (solely to provide the Service, with appropriate security measures in place) and to authorized public institutions where legally required. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
5. Method and legal basis of collection
Your data is collected electronically while you use the platform, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the existence of explicit consent, direct connection to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the data controller's legitimate interest.
6. Data retention period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing, subject to the statute-of-limitations periods set out in applicable law; upon expiry, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed, request information if it has been, learn the purpose of processing and whether it's used accordingly, know third parties to whom it's transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7, request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred, object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively via automated systems, and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You can submit KVKK-related requests, along with documents verifying your identity, through the channels listed on our contact page or in writing to [email protected]. Requests are resolved as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on their nature.
