These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the relationship between you ('User') and olgu.ai ('the Company', 'we') when using the olgu.ai platform ('the Service'). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
1. Description of service
olgu.ai provides an AI-powered chat and language assistant service. The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'; content, functionality, and availability may change without prior notice.
2. Account creation and security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential. Contact us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service in a way that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, infringes on others' intellectual property or privacy rights, distributes malware, or disrupts the normal operation of the Service (including excessive automated requests).
5. Nature and limits of AI outputs
olgu.ai's responses are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Model outputs are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice. You're advised to independently verify information before making important decisions.
6. Content and intellectual property
The Service's design, code, brand, and interface belong to olgu.ai and are protected by copyright. You retain rights to the content you submit in chats; you grant us permission to process this content in order to provide and improve the Service.
7. Pricing
Core features of the Service are currently free. Any paid plans or features offered in the future will be clearly disclosed before use.
8. Changes and interruptions to the service
We may temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, olgu.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify olgu.ai against claims and damages arising from your violation of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time.
12. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
